Our Expertise
Dr. E. Fresenius founded a pharmaceutical company in his own name in 1912. The company grew steadily until it became known as Fresenius Kabi in 1999. Today, Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company, with a strong presence across Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia Pacific and North America. We specialise in lifesaving medicines and technologies for clinical nutrition, I.V. drugs, infusion therapy, medical devices / transfusion technology and biosimilars.
These specialities mean we have extensive experience in injectables and complex formulations. We manufacture a comprehensive range of medical devices for the safe administration of our products.
Our high quality, affordable products and services help care for critically and chronically ill patients in both the hospital and outpatient settings.
The bridge between hospital care and the patient’s home
Our homecare division, helps bridge hospital care with the patients’ home, where our products contribute towards patients’ health and well-being.
We also have a dedicated logistics centre which acts as the international hub for our entire product line. Employees at the centre fill thousands of orders per day and the building has ample capacity to ship our products throughout the world.
Through our long history of dedication to healthcare, we have been driven by excellence in product quality and innovation for medical progress. This is part of our heritage and it continues to drive our work every day.
